GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The Unident Ultrasonic Cleaner is an advanced cleaning device designed using modern international technology. It
provides fast, efficient and thorough cleaning of instruments using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations.
This machine is widely used in:

 Dental clinics and hospitals
 Laboratories and research centres
 Optical lens cleaning
 Electronics servicing
 Hardware, galvanised parts and precision components
 Medical instrument cleaning
 Jewellery and watch service centres
 Manufacturing and automotive parts
The ultrasonic cavitation effect helps remove dirt, tissue debris, blood clots, polishing compounds and contaminants from
deep holes, serrations, slots, and hinged joints — areas where manual cleaning cannot reach effectively.

2. WORKING PRINCIPLE
The ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into 50 kHz high-frequency mechanical vibrations using piezoelectric
transducers.
These vibrations create ultra-sonic longitudinal waves in the cleaning liquid. As these waves pass through, they alternate
between:
 Negative pressure zones → bubbles form and grow
 Positive pressure zones → bubbles collapse violently (cavitation)
When the bubbles collapse, thousands of micro-shockwaves strike instrument surfaces, penetrating into:
 Fine grooves
 Hinged joints
 Blind holes
 Serrations
 Complex geometries

This action removes contaminants rapidly, achieving an excellent cleaning and purification effect.
Automatic Degas Feature
The machine automatically performs a degas cycle in the first 2 minutes of operation.
This removes trapped air from the solution, improving cleaning efficiency.
